Booking/reservation:
After your written reservation we ask for a deposit within 10 days and we confirm receipt straight away (binding reservation confirmation).

Cancellations:
However much you look forward to a holiday, something can always come up. In the event of cancellation the Austrian hotel terms apply, to which all bookings in our house are subject. You will find them at http://www.hotelverband.at/down/oehvb.htm

Cancellation terms:
- Cancellation up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee,
   the deposit is refunded. (less € 20,00 handling)
- 3 months  to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
- 4 weeks  up to the day of arrival: 100% of the total price
- In case of early departure: 100% of the booked price

If we manage to let the apartment again at short notice we only charge a handling fee.                                       
Cancellation insurance:
To save unnecessary costs if you do have to cancel we recommend the Europäische Reiseversicherung at europaeische.at
On request we can also take out the insurance for you.

Arrival/departure:
In winter, bookings are usually possible from Saturday to Saturday. In summer the arrival and departure days are flexible

Check-in/check-out:
The apartments are ready for you from 15.00 on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 9.00 on the day of departure.

Payment:
We hope you understand that card payment is not possible. We ask you to pay in cash on site. There are two banks with cash machines in Fiss.

Bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided in the apartment for your stay (hand towels, shower towels and tea towels are changed once a week).

Bakery: The bakery is about 20 m away and has a wide choice of fresh rolls and pastries ready every day.

Parking: 1 parking space per apartment is available directly at the house.

Pets: As we have furnished our house especially for people with allergies, we hope you understand that we cannot accommodate pets.

Please note that the apartment may only be occupied by the number of people booked. Visitors who are not staying with you are not welcome in the apartment.
